Project Management Prices

IWN Website Services can assist your company and organization with long range project management of website development.

We will act as Project Manager on your behalf to make sure contract Web Developers:

• Provide services as outlined in RFP and Proposal.
• Meet with Web Team to ensure Project Goals and Objectives are being met on a timely basis.
• Relay and Communicate technical aspects of Project to key management and act as liaison between Web Developers.
• And More.

Hourly Rate for Project Management is:

• $45.00 Per Hour
• Billed in 1/4 Hour increments
• Does not include Travel beyond 25 mile radius
• Requires a 10-Hour Advance Deposit ($450.00)

One-On-One Training

IWN Website Services will train a key staff member to develop, update and maintain your organization's web presence. Using Adobe software, such as Dreamweaver and Contribute, a member of your staff can be taught to create new HTML pages, upload photos, graphics and files (PDFs, Word Docs, etc) for display on your website.

The objective of One-On-One Tarining is to save your company money. Hiring web designers and developers to update and mainitain your website can cost money you can use in ongoing business operations. Especially if a staff member can perform these additiional tasks and they are already on the payroll.

Cost of training will payoff within months in savings over hourly web design rates, which can easily top $75 per hour or more. Even if your staff member is paid $25 per hour you will save one-third of the costs and have more control.
